Alex Mcdonald use to train cops in hand to hand combat, now he teaches people the techniques they often use, and how you can defend your self when being attacked by an aggressive police officer.

Police brutality is a reality, If the system can not protect us from these thugs we need to know how to protect our selves. Defense is a right to all humans.
