For 3000 years, the Spring Equinox has been marking the start of the Persian New Year, Noruz. In this extraordinary concert, Ensemble Daryâ treats us to compositions and improvisations based on the 12 modes that form the basis of the beautiful and exotic musical palette of classical Persia.
