OUR MISSION
The Saanich Peninsula Arts and Crafts Society (SPAC) is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to offering promotion, support, education, marketing and socializing for over 400 member artists living in the Greater Victoria region, the Saanich Peninsula and the Gulf Islands. Volunteers run SPAC, and every member is encouraged to participate to help maintain the Society’s vibrant life.

Passing of SPAC Member Andrea England
There will be memorial for Andrea England and an exhibition of her work on May 4, 2024, at the First Unitarian Church (5575 West Saanich Road, Victoria) from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The SPAC community is so very sad to share that our beloved member artist Andrea England @andreaenglandart has unexpectedly passed away earlier this week.
Andrea coastal watercolours are popular in our community and around the world. She enthusiastically participated in the SPAC Spring Show and volunteered in a lead role as Gift Shop Manager. Always kind, gentle and generous with her time and knowledge. She will be missed.
Andrea had a cancer diagnosis earlier this year and had been going through what we all thought and hoped were successful interventions – but it proved too late to make an impact. We grieve her loss also for her husband Jim, friends and family.

To access the SPAC members-only website, you must have an account. Once you have renewed your 2024 membership or joined for the first time, your account is automatically set up. You will receive an email with your login and temporary password.
Once logged in, you can change your password to something easy to remember by going into Your Account on the left hand side of the top menu.
