| canon.docre User Info... | orange hall said other people using the venue didn't respect the neighbourhood, went past 11pm, lied about what kind of music they were playing and damaged the venue. "broken bottles everywhere". this wasn't the noise gig she was talking about. apparently the neighbours complained 3 times and the city bylaw or whatever showed up and said next show there would be big fines. laaaaame. back to square one. shows in the future might be possible but would probably need to be more of a matinee thing, I don't think the neighbourhood is stoked on loud noise even before 11pm. The problem is that the volume coming out of a gig like this isn't legit at any time of day in a residential area, not just past 11pm. - Wed, 12 Aug 2009 7:44pm | ||
