Glad A.L.D.O.B.F.T. changed their name. When I would read their acronym, I thought it meant "Anal Lubrication Dolloped Onto Brams Face Tonight" and that is not a pleasant thing. - Thu, 21 May 2009 5:41pm

I wont take responsibility for anything that happens to it during the show though.....for example....possible rips or tears or even if some pyrotechnics catch it on fire and it goes up in FLAMES on the mic stand. But I will live up to my word and at least wear the goddamn thing for a song or 2 before I let anything happen to it... Oh and Mr El FF O, I think you shook in your panties like my daughter did at the first site of the clown train at the parade everytime you read A Lethal Dose Of Blunt Force Trauma outloud so dont try and be all tough ya pussy!!! I know where you work. lol - Fri, 22 May 2009 9:15pm

Yeah, well. You know how music can make people do things that are bad that they wouldn't normally do?
I was listening 'Turpentine' by The Perish and I got a sudden urge to go buy a can of turpentine and pour it into freezer baggies. Then, due to Jeff's song, I started to breathe in the fumes and take little sips of it.
Needless to say, I have a slight dose of headache trauma today.
I hope the little kids that were in the front row of his show aren't influenced in this way. Could be a major lawsuit! - Sun, 24 May 2009 3:43pm

The only shame involved is you losing a bet against the Cancks. They were better overall than the Flames last season. That is the bottom line.
But yes, I will concede that I do not own a Cancks jersey due to their unfortunate reputation of not having the fire to go all the way. For that there is shame and disappointment.

Trevor and Corey fucked up, and forgot about the early start time.
Got to see Rotterdam though.
Britney's Mom hung out with me and the wife for the UTA set.
Nice lady, so very proud. I got to hear all about early morning drives to choir practice. LOL.
Awesome job. Good crowd. Questionable sound quality. I do like the venue. - Sun, 2 Aug 2009 12:22am

Awesome show overall. The Deception were impressive. Their sound would fit right in with the French Canadian Metal scene in my opinion.

Rotterdam always put on a great show. Solid and the dual vocals ruled. Alot of moshing was going on!

UTA were on top of their game! Their upcoming tour will make alot of new fans. - Sun, 2 Aug 2009 10:12am

The dual vocals rocked during Rotterdam. It was a great show! Loved the Deception, definately want to work with them doing some shows.

The sound was great, didn't sound allright on stage (bands?) because I've got complaints from bands at the V-Lounge before about not being able to hear themselves and monitors and all that jazz.

Cheers to Bounce and the Grimlord for running into them at the show.

Yeah, the sound was great and I'm glad we got Darcy in there to do the sound because he sorted out a lot of the issues that were preventing on-stage monitoring at that venue...hopefully they keep his mixing board settings ;)

I'm so happy with the turnout and performances and everything about how that show went down. Good on the Victoria metal scene for making the night incredible and thanks to Rotterdam and The Deception for kicking so much ass and getting the crowd so riled up!

yah fun times indeed. Sound on stage for us was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Thanks to everyone who came down, the turn out was excellent, all 3 bands played very well and crowd response was stellar!

Definately one of my favorite stages to play in Victoria now.. Scarface didnt make an appearance but its always a pleasure to play in his foyer. - Tue, 4 Aug 2009 12:04pm

This show was better than I expected and I expected it to be really good. It was my first time hearing both The Deception and Rotterdamn and both bands brought a nice and different flavor to the night. I can specifically remember being very impressed by some of the dynamic shifts the Deception were pulling off (second song intro.. dont remember the name)

Unleash the Archers were at the top of their game on the night (as far as I could tell.. I was a bit tipsy) and I didn't hesitate to pick up their new cd (which is fucking amazing btw). I suggest everyone else do the same! Also, finally got to hear a new song out of them and it was pretty damn good though I need to hear it a few more times to really work it into my head. I thought the highlight of the night was "The Filth and the Fable" which has one of the most groovy fucking riffs in it.. so good live

Anyways, crowd was great for the entire show despite the start time. I wish I could go to more awesome metal shows on weekend.. such a great time.. My neck is STILL sore from UTA and I have a show to play Thursday so I hope it loosens up a bit. - Tue, 4 Aug 2009 1:05pm
