| BLoTTo User Info... | Skycastle is looking for a frontman who can sing in key, have a good range and powerful voice, be committed and show up to practice etc...(we jam close to downtown Victoria) We have an hour of material and are ready to play gigs but we need a singer first. | BLoTTo User Info... | Still waiting to hear back from you doc...I hope we didnt scare you off. Anyone else interested? We are still looking. Age doesn't matter as long as you are into old school metal. We jam on Saturday night and every other Wednesdays. we are looking for a frontman who has attitude who can sing with a rough scratchy, ballsy in your face voice (think Blackie Lawless from wasp, or the guy from quiet riot or Slayer). Yet when the music calls for it, to be able to sing in a soft melodic, beautiful voice (think scorpions, Ozzy or Bruce Dickinson from maiden) Although it doesn't matter if you sound just like these artists, or can achieve their range, what matters is that you understand what I am talking about. Also, we don't need a singer so much as a frontman if you know what I mean. Someone who can rile up a crowd and get em going, and who has good stage presence. We plan on recording an album (we have enough for 2 or 3 full length albums) and touring within this next year hopefully. We could play a 3 night show and never play the same song twice. We don't care about our day jobs, or lives. We want to make music our career. and are ready to leave our jobs and lives here in Victoria behind at any time when its time to take over the world.
