| darcy User Info... | Rather than putting various musical ideas of mine in various threads, I'll just create a general post with a couple ideas and projects I would like to start or join if someone has started something close. 2 ideas: punk band #1: Something with heavy political lyrics with a range of punk leanings, mostly towards groups such as Propagandhi, Che: Chatper 127, Kill Your Idols, Ten Yard Fight, ect. punk band #2: Something on the poppier side, with ranging lyrical content. Sounds drawn from groups such as The Queers, Screeching Weasel, Pully, Goldfinger, Nofx,...basically the mid 90's...yyeah ska band #1: fuck! I don't care! Ska! other #1: something with a strong play on story telling. Mostly acoustic with a wide pull on different cultures and sounds.
