Peter Gardner User Info... | Weo. Very good show. Thoughts; Colour Book = Never heard them or seen them before. I really liked what I heard. I would have liked to have a seen a little more organization, (in all the time that was spend figureing out what song to play, they probably could have played another! Ha) but I really hope to catch them again. And the Xylophone (sp?) was sweet. Away R'io! = Holy shit. Wow. Ok so when he said he was just going to play a bunch of misfit songs, at first I didn't think he actually ment the band "The Misfits", I thought he ment songs for misfit type people. And then they came. Skulls, Last Caress, and more. And you I have to say, easily the best versions I've heard. Away R'io is the kind of act I could see traveling around North America playing Cafes with one of those local followings who would know every song and sit on the floor for two hours just watching. I will say however, I was a little disapointed we actually didnt get to hear any actual Away R'io songs, but there's always next time. HRP = Good. loud. Energetic. The bassist was fun to watch. But a little too loud. But I deffenetly see why they get the praise they've been getting. Id like to see them again, only a little quiter. Black Tie Social = Well let's see. They played Sub-Question when I asked. They played Sex-Burden when I asked (yay for hyphenated songs!). I got lovley rice Crispy Squares, and most importantly, I had a bandana on because I was going to be Chris Neal for Halloween then disided not to, then they got disapointed in me, so I wore the bandana anyway. PS. Nathan, your bird costume was awesome, and Jason, I want your cowboy hat. Paper Cranes = Not exactally my thing, but the crowd loved them. Had to leave a bit early to go catch my bus (stupid sidney). Also; To the big cunt who threw my sweatshirt at me and gave me a look that said "Eat shit asshole" when I asked if I could get it since it was in front of her. Please die a horrible lonley death. Good show. See you all on the 25th! - Sun, 30 Oct 2005 12:22am

hrp User Info... | Colourbook was awesome. Cool ideas, lots of different dudes trading vocals and an amazing drummer who played with his back to the audience. The Paper Cranes are all you need to start a dance party. - Mon, 31 Oct 2005 5:00pm
RollingRocks User Info... | Thanks to everyone who came out. Although Black Tie Social probably played one of their sloppiest shows, we still had fun. Peter, I feel awkward around you now. What do I do? - Wed, 2 Nov 2005 5:07pm
