I only really caught 3 Inches, aside from the song and a half of Javelin Reign I saw.

Javelin Reign was awesome from what I saw, total energy from only three guys and really original sound. Like Goatsblood meets some Dilingeresque riffage. Very interesting.

3 Inches blew me a way, regretfully this was the first time I've actually seen this band. Non stop from beginning to end. The call was definitely heeded (is that the past tense of heed?). Unfortunately I couldn't hear the vocals very well, and the bass was way too loud which drowned out a lot of the harmonies and leads. YOu could tell that this band had been touring for the greater part of the past year, incredible tightness. GOOD TIMES. - Wed, 16 Nov 2005 3:56pm

A Javelin Reign completely blew me away,
the last time I was that impressed by a band at Lucky
was seeing Buried Inside live for the firs time.

A Javelin Reign were wicked. I picked up their CD at the show; it's also wicked. It as my first time seeing 3IB, too, and I was not disappointed. Cam's bracers stole the show. My only complaint was that I couldn't hear the other vocalist at all. He sure looked like he was yelling pretty good, though. Good show - and different from the extreme/black/crust/grind/death stuff I usually go see. - Thu, 17 Nov 2005 12:02pm
