| Jdrumz User Info... | hey there, i emailed you about the disc player, but here it is again in case your email is not functioning or whatever..: I'll take offers on the CD player, I have 2 really, trying to decide which one to keep, they could both maybe use a head cleaning or something as they are seemingly more reluctant to play slightly scratched burnt discs and really trashed not-burnt discs.., but not-so-scratched (I leave my discs all over the place...) and original CD's play fine. Anyways one CD player is a Teac single disc player that I paid $199 for from sound hounds a few years ago, I know single-disc players are not the popular choice anymore so I don't expect a lot for the CD player, but with a good amp it sounds suburb. The other Cd player is a sony, it was probably about $80-100 new, but anyways it's working good too and I'd sell it for less than the other one if you just want a basic unit to play CD's on, it too sounds great with my denon amplier/receiver as well as other less-fancy receivers. What do you need for a pre-amp...? a full receiver with inputs/outputs/radio, etc..? or like a little equalizer/pre-amp...? I have both of those items I believe. I'd want a decent amount for my denon receiver but I have another one kicking around that's older put quite potent, I believe the brand (probably medium to high end in it's time..) is "Vector Research" and it's quite bassy even with the levels flat. almost kicks the denon's ass in the bass department. I think they are still $300-400 new for this model but people generally sell them quite a bit cheaper used, I'm open to offers, I'll start the bidding around $200-250 as it's only been used maybe twice. Buy it with another item from my sale and I'll make it even cheaper. Cool, gotta run, if you need something like this i'm sure we can work out a good deal. See ya! | J User Info... | WEll, I am trying to downsize, I'd perhaps sell an extra receiver, or my big speakers, but it sounds like you can't afford much at all... if you can't afford more than $30 for CD player I'm not sure how you'll afford a receiver unless you get a retro one at a garage-sale with big shiny silver knobs that'll do a basic job...for like $20... I do wanna sell my big speakers eventually, but I paid like $100 and I'd want close to $80. Maybe $40-50 for a nice receiver. Ok your turn... j. - Tue, 10 May 2005 11:25am | ||

| jordandrummer User Info... | hey manm, if you have an email address at all, I reccommend using it. we can discuss the fine details swap phone numbers and what not, going back and forth like this, we may change our minds before we even figure out what's up; on the phone, for example, we could discuss the various parts i have available and you can ask more questions about the ones you are interested in or whatever. or if u email me I will get back to you worlds sooner. Anyways... I have one nice amplifier/receiver I'd like maybe $80-100 for, tho I'm open to reasonable offers. And then I have my denon which is quite nice and in mint shape, I paid $350 for it 2 or 3 years ago, it's definitely quality. I'd want more for that. Anyways, I've been thinking of living out of a van.. so I'd sell receivers and/or speakers, maybe even tape deck, cd players, etc. Just gotta tell me what you can spend or whatever... you can everything or just one thing. I just got a laptop and I'm trying to get more mobile.. I fix computers and between computers and stereo gear and drums etc., I have way to much for one bedroom, maybe if I get my own entire house or suite I can have a full-sized stereo... my big speakers I'd sell too, older but powerful rich sound, I'd only want maybe $80-100 for them max. And the CD players, dunno, wouldn't want more than $40-50 for the Sony or $80-100 for the teac (or best offer) as it was $199 new at sound hounds, which is where I got the receiver as well. Every item here would like to go away to the right home, soon... make me a reasonable offer or offer me what I've said I want for them and I'll bring them to your door... one free PC checkup with each order... ;-) I'll even roll a special 'cigarette' for the right customers.. incentives incentives....hee hee. - Wed, 18 May 2005 12:50pm | ||

| jordan User Info... | hey man.... in case you don't check out your email, here's the message I just sent you... well... I've sold summa the PC stuff on my livevic ad, but I have sum things left and can build anything to order at cheaper-than-in-town prices. I just got a laptop so I'd sell my desktop computer, I've change the CPU in it a few times now as I end up selling the one in there sumtimes, so I'm kinda inbetween CPU's, but my new MSI motherboard will take any CPU from an older 800mghz duron to a brand new Athlon or Sempron of the 2 gigaherz variety...I do have one 750 megaherz CPU if you want that tower, you can always upgrade anytime to a new chip, the good thing about Athlon; pentiums can't be switched that easily.. and it's got an 80 gb (sata) hardrive, wireless internet card available, 5.1 sound card, and other stuff. Or I've got a pentium 3-ish PC that runs at 500mghz , a little better than a pentium 2 and just able to run XP if you put in enuff memory. I'd sell it much cheaper than the other one. If any of this makes sense, let me know, or if you have something totally else in mind you need from computer-land, let me know and I can either buy it used dirt cheap, new really cheap, or a tech friend may have what you need kicking around if I don't. Or if you want any of the above-mentioned stuff lemme know what's in your budget or whatever.
