I am sure Phil Anselmo was a first-timer once before, and thats exactly what we are looking for. First-timers can instantly become great singers if ya find the right ones. Any singers we come across which fit your style, i will be sure to send your way. We have placed many many ads, and we always get responses. Either: A. They aren't what we are looking for B. Can't sing C. Say they will show up, but dont! I became a bass player after years of looking for one. Maybe i should start taking singing lessons. | J. Peatman User Info... | Hmm yeah I do think you should have opened your own topic. I'm sure that Pantera wasn't Anselmo's first band either, so that's not really an appropriate comparison. It's not about people turning into great singers like magic beans, it's about knowing what it's like to be commited to a band, knowing what to expect and being on the same "matured" level as the other members. Nothing wrong with first-timers but they are best suited with a first-timer band, not with a band that has been around for years, knows exactly what they want and is used to the "grinding of the mill". - Fri, 18 Mar 2005 10:16am | ||
