| Aidan Logins User Info... |  This is a well balanced rig, very versatile in tone. It has a unique EQ set up that gives you total tonal control. Probably the coolest thing about the rig is the ultra-lightweight neodymium speaker magnets that Mark Bass uses in all their cabs. This translates to not having to get 2 guys, a ramp, and a dolly to get your heavy ass Ampeg or Galien Krueger beast into the band van. I used this at Vertigo last Saturday and while packing up my girlfriend brought them to our van- one in each hand, no problem. But the lightness does not sacrifice any tone or volume- this thing has plenty of both. You can get heavy darkness out of it, but it's specialty is clarity- if you're a bass player who loves low end thump but doesn't want to get lost in the higher register then this is for you. You have to hear this amp to believe it. MSRP is $2650 plus tax. I got it new for around $2300. In excellent condition; Asking $1450. I should also mention that the 151 P cab has only been used for a month of rehearsals and 2 shows, so it's basically still brand new. Email me at [email protected] to set up a time to test it out.
