Fuck it - I've been sitting on about 400 Peruke "Please...Mess With Texas" CDs for a couple years now. If ya want one, send me an envelope with $1.75-worth of postage on it and I'll return it with a 21-song CD inside. Pissed metallic grind, with lyrics about stubbie beer bottles, Jennifer Connelly circa late 80's/early 90's, and Russian oligarchs on steroids. Dumb photos, dumb stickers, lyrics, The Curmudgeon Rock Manifesto - it's all there, mang. The address is Peruke/4220 Shelbourne St./Vic./V8N 3E9. - Thu, 6 May 2004 12:12pm

there's a reason you have 400 of those discs sitting there, and it's not because you had to reorder 400 more from the pressing plant due to the first batch selling out.
you'll have more success getting rid of them by launching the lot of them off of the top of mt. tolmie into the ocean.
even $1.75 is asking $1.75 too much. - Thu, 6 May 2004 1:14pm

Just a basic envelope big enough to contain a CD with 1.75 postage should do. You can also grab a CD next week at B-wood. And El Fagface-o: you will be denied the glory of owning one. The original (and only) pressing was 1,000. - Fri, 7 May 2004 6:10pm

Funny you should say that considering I have personally mailed at least 200 individual "Please...Mess With Texas" CDs, wrapped in one coat of basic paper, all over this globule. In the larger bundles of 5 to 100 you have to start using that bubbled shit, of course, or get resourceful and hand-make packages out of scrap cardboard for larger quantities, but I'm surprised to hear that the mailman is sending yours back. Only to people who have watches with a little strip of racoon pelt instead of a wristband. And people who can recall any "Get a Life" episodes. - Wed, 12 May 2004 5:49pm
