| Pooetry User Info... | I'll sell mine! My student loan is pretty hefty right now and I'm pretty brokey, so selling my ticket would probably be a wise thing since they're going for crazy money now. And yes, I am a Pixies fan. I like this, "Are you even a true Pixies fan?" Is that supposed to insult people? Who gives a fuck is someone's a fan or not? They have a ticket for sale. Its all a matter of which you value more, seeing the show or the amount of money you are going to recieve for not seeing the show. Its the same thing that makes you buy the ticket in the first place "i'm not going to get 32.50's worth of enjoyment out of said show so I won't buy the ticket" ... or vise versa. | Livevic Scott User Info... | I'm not a big fan of scalping however if I had bought a pixies ticket (I was going to but was late on the ball) I would possibly consider selling now that people are offering such huge amounts of money. I mean I like the pixies but I think i'd get more joy out of 200 bux then seeing them play. I think buying the max number of tickets you can and hireing a bum to stand in line with you and buy the max number of tickets they can and then selling them all for profit would make you a scumbag, but if someone comes up and says to me "I'll by that ticket from you for $250" while i'm standing in line for the show I just might take it and not feel bad at all. - Fri, 5 Mar 2004 3:17pm | ||

Sold one to a friend at face value, using one to go, and noone else i know is a big enough pixie fan to wanna buy my 2 extras at even face value. So i sell my extras. selling tickets for profit for a living is much better than many other careers, but for some reason everyone views scalpers as directly spawned from satan.
