I saw His Hero Is Gone a few years back when they played at Inner City Youth Works. They totally slayed! They were these totally disgusting crusty punk, and they had this cloaked guy that stood onstage holding a candle for light the entire set.

IMHO, they best CD to check out is "Fifteen Counts Of Arson". It is way more brutal & dynamic than "Monuments..." - Thu, 29 Jan 2004 10:58pm

I totally agree with Bryn, Fifteen Counts Of Arson is way better, although I still listen to monuments once in a while. which is more than I can say for most HC I used to listen to. - Sun, 1 Feb 2004 1:38pm

They are amazing IMO. More melodic than HHIG, and possibly more powerful as well. They set the standard for the dark hardcore genre. - Sat, 7 Feb 2004 1:13pm
