For those into folky hip hop, jazz, bluegrass and spoken word I would recommend coming to this show. As Monday Magazine's John Threlfall said back in the spring time Corwin Fox's most recent release Dream, Water, Rain Music deserves some serious rotation.

Sarah Metzner was just recently signed to Dog My Cat Records (Harry Manx's record label) and was well received opening for him at the Alix Gooden Hall a couple of weeks ago.

This is sure to be a great show.

Sarah Metzner will be singing songs from her recent CD "Something Beautiful" + new material. Both her and Corwin Fox will do some performing together.

This was an awesome show hands down. A full house came out and listened to 2 hours of great music. Glad Corwin played "Bring me Back" after a desparate plea from one of the fans:) The new spoken word and beat boxing done by both Corwin and Sarah together added a nice touch to introduce each of their sets.

Thanks to Rob Pringle from the Home Team on CFUV 101.9FM and Sheryl McKay at CBC Radio's North by Northwest for playing music from Sarah Metzner and pumping the show. - Sun, 4 Dec 2005 3:28pm
