_Griphin_ User Info... | Wow, what a very cool CD! Lummox is: Merrick Atkinson (Bass & Vocals), John London (Drums) and Murray Acton (Guitar & Vocals). It took me a few plays to really get into listening to this CD, but it was worth it. Lotsa funky, punk-type riffs, and witty humor. Favorite tracks: Hockey Fight, Rock'em Sock'em and I Wrote That Song (sigh, so much brutality over confusion on who's song is which). If you can actually find this CD, pick it up (Old Nicks doesn't sell CDs anymore :( ). - Thu, 9 Oct 2003 8:36pm
Trailer Park Boy Julian User Info... | Yes I agree, this album is definitely worth pickin' up... if only for the pure comedic debauchery on it. Definitley not for the PC or people who don't like punk rock. My faves are the country-esque "New Country" and "Put the Cunt Back Into Country", "D & D At The China Kitchen", and "The Midnight Rockstar".... Good filthy shit indeed.... - Sat, 11 Oct 2003 5:09am
_Griphin_ User Info... | The other cool thing about the album, love that guitar. Come to think of it, too bad it wasn't the album the Dayglo's should of released after Feed U.S.A. Fetus/Out of the Womb. ;) - Sat, 11 Oct 2003 10:29am
zealot User Info... | funny funny stuff -" I wrote that song "- fucking classic, I love it! - Sun, 12 Oct 2003 2:33pm
East Bay Ray User Info... | Seeing Merrick come thru the door with a crazy look in his eyes and a softball-sized chunk of coke in his hand(s) was always the best of times, yet, also, the worst of times... - Tue, 14 Oct 2003 8:12pm
Masturbating The War God User Info... | Wow, haven't listened to them since grade 11 art class. Our teacher would let people play cd's and we always played Lummox, needless to say she thought we were crazy. - Thu, 16 Oct 2003 5:46pm
