Of the 5 or so other disks I've picked up in the last month this one is doing the most time in my car cd player right now. Heavy Sabbath influences mixed with punk and southern swagger, this album is a diverse ride from fast stomp to slow pound. Songs are more important than any one component so the group shines over the individual. - Tue, 12 Apr 2005 7:02pm

Amazing album. I have heard about 4 tracks and they were definitely worth the listen. Ok, so maybe I can say amazing four songs, rather than album. I will be buying this album soon. C.O.C. is great summer time music. - Fri, 29 Apr 2005 6:04pm

well i must say that the last COC disc "americas volume dealer" was a dissapointment but the new one 'in the arms of god' is pure delight to my ears!
i was lucky to witness them open for motorhead about two weeks ago and fuk man!.....the surely did not let me down
the title track was played last and it sincerly ripped
put me in a fuckin trance
they had a very guitar heavy mix and those mesas were soundin fat and crunchy
ive seen COC about 6 times now and i recommend it to anyone who digs thier style not to miss em when they come to van! find thier home page and watch the new vid for stonebreaker off thier new disc.....its mighty cool me thinks!...........cheers CC - Sat, 30 Apr 2005 1:34am
