| The One After Two User Info... |  ¿What does CHIXDIGGIT mean? --For those of you from a non-English speaking territory: Chixdiggit is the Heavy Metal way of writing "Chicks Dig It". It means something like "Girls Like It." An example: "Dude, check out my new BMW... Chicks dig it!" On April 19th get ready for yet another disc from Calgary, Alberta's favorite pop-punkers, Chixdiggit. Here is a band that was popping out the ponk long before your little sister ever said, "like Oh My GAWD, PIERRE BOUVIER is soooooo hot, like he is by far the hottest one in Simple Plan!" Pink Razors is pretty basic and just darn pretty good. The only other Chix disc I have is Born on the First of July (a classic record for me) and this one is, well pretty similar so if you have any other Chixdiggit, you'll like this new one. I like the tracks "I Remember You," "J Crew," and "C.G.I.T." If you're into straight up pop-punk with no bullshit or stylized frosted hair then maybe you need to track this album down. Fans of the band know, these guys do it up best live... so Lucky when will you bring them through town? | jackass User Info... | I saw Chixdiggit @ Dicks on Dicks a couple weeks ago with Me First and the Gimme Gimmes...it was an awesome show. Chixdiggit came on first at about 7:30 or some incredibly early time, played for about 20 minutes and totally stoked the whole place. Barely anybody really knew all thier songs, but they had the crowd singing in no time. These guys can put on a show, no joke. - Wed, 30 Mar 2005 12:15pm | ||
