| Mordock.the.Benzite User Info... | The singer from Damad does not sound like a guy. She does extreme vocals in an extreme band. I'm not sure why some people seem to think that if a band has a female vocalist, and she's not doing clean vocals, that she is trying to sound like a male. Seems mabey a little insulting. | spinnybrunette User Info... | My Ruin is great. I have been a fan of Tairrie B since she was in Manhole,she has definitely been an influence. | rP User Info... | Can't believe Damad came up here. cool you guys. There's not enough you can say about Victoria (Damad's vocalist). I met them when they played here in Van to about 12 of us at the Space in '98 or so? Then I was lucky enough to see them again in Texas in 2000 maybe, after she'd had her baby - she was saying pretty intensly how I just had to experience having one haha! A while later I remember getting the e-mail that their guitarist had died from a seizure - sickening to hear about, they're awesome people, demise of the band too. I've STILL got their sticker on an old purse I've got. I've got Burning Cold but I liked Rise and Fall better. can't find it, damnit. - Sat, 7 Feb 2004 6:28pm | ||
