In the red corner representing the "Ska" side all the way from Montreal Quebec "THE COUCH ADDICTION" teamed up with hometown favourites "THE HOOCHY GIRLS".... and in the blue corner representing the "Rockers" Hamilton Ontario's "THE REASON" and their tag team partner(s) "THREE NIGHT STAND" and "UNDERGO" (on thursday and friday repectively) Bouts are to take place Thursday Oct 16th @ Lucky Bar (19+) and Friday October 17th @ Big Fernwood (AA) Come down and cheer on your team! The Couch Addiction are a 7 piece ska band one of the rising stars of the Montreal ska scene they play a fast blend of ska punk and hardcore. (if your a fan of bands like Against All Authority check it out) The Reason (formerly Sewing with Nancie) are becoming one of the indie circut's mainstays, this their 5th tour of our country come back to our fair city. They mix some of the some of the rock'n'roll showmanship of The Black Halo's with emo/hardcore of bands like Grade to pull off a live show that is hard to match.
