After working together in Minneapolis in '95 thru 98, have rejoined force in southern Oregon. Presenting 2 humourous tales of adult puppetry theatre on the shadow screen: "Mark Trail Gets It" is a salty spoof on the syndicated cartoon strip. Man-eating squirrels and contagious chaos ensue the normal world of mainstream comics. "A Good Robot Is Hard To Find" is a sci-fi thriller where the plants and robots have strange interactions. Also appearing for the final time in victoria: The Great Giffoni's Magical Theatre A smattering of magic realism, the great giffoni and friends magic show borrows conjuring effects from across the world and tries to pass it off as high art. warning: side effects may include refinement of character, politeness and good manners. suggestions? comments? film programer User Info... | while this is an all ages event, after some reconsideration, some material may not be appropriate for young children. note the early start time. enjoy this event as a precursor to the various gigs around town happening later this evening. - Fri, 22 Aug 2003 3:22pm
film programer User Info... | our apologies to anyone who showed up for this event on saturaday; unfortunately, our puppitiers were turned back at the boarder - some post 9-11 hysteria about performing in sillouette. we hope the word got out in time for those planning to come. we also hope to reschedule this event in the future. - Mon, 25 Aug 2003 10:20pm
