| Greasy Lary User Info... | Whats up people. There is a new venue opening up downtown courtenay, right beside 133. It just like the Brickyard in Victoria. Beer, pizza and such. The shows are held like this: Bands that wish to play must play for free. No payment in the sum of money. If you do decide to play you will be receiving a live high quality recording burnt to CD of your performance, as well as a video of your performance with your mixed live session dubbed in. You will also recieve free pizza and drinks (beer if you are of age, etc.) To people who want to watch the show: There is a cover charge of $3 which gets you inside, and is good for a slice of pizza, a pint of beer, or somthing else worth $3 inside the venue. We will be opening on August 1st, if all goes well. 7 days a week hours of 11am-3am. Now the downside: No more than 50 people in the venue at a time(fire rules) Absolutly no drugs or underage drinking permitted EVER. If you are caught with drugs, or caught buying beer for people not of age, you will be banned for life. Do you have any idea how much beer and pizza the Hoosegow could go through in a night? I mean the other three could eat all your pizza, and... well, I could go through all your beer.We could quite possibly bankrupt you.
