The biggest problem though, is the Grow Operations that are being run by the HELL'S ANGELS AND THE VIETNAMESE. The Cops turn a blind eye as they use strong arm tactics on the Mom and Pops to force them out of business. They want to dominate the growing and distribution of Pot for nobodies benefit but their own.. They are fighting a nasty turf war and bringing down way too much heat on the rest of us.
