| pauline snifsnif User Info... | dear friends, i have to insist because it will very well be worth it. this saturday, march 8th, at second story caf�, 579 johnson street (second floor, across the street from market square) it will be an EARLY EARLY show show up at seven. it is five dollars. there will be Little Wings (from k records, kyle who has also played on albums by the microphones and was on will oldham's top ten for 2002. he is a surfer from california) Thanksgiving (who has recently been recording an album for hive-fi recordings in vancouver and has opened for sleater-kinney in portland last month, he lives in portland) and Pirate Morceau (who is plainly and simply some girl who lives in town and who you can bump into while walking down the street) this show is what has been called in some different thread "A BIGFOOT CELEBRATION". do not be scared. you can come and not dress up as bigfoot, but also there will be some freaks with hairy feet standing around, be warned. if you would like to come dressed up as something else it would be great too, or just dressed as yourself, we will be happy to see you either ways. there will be film projections by K'ari to make the room look more like the woods. the reason why it will be mellow is because there will not be any loud music, except for yelling. Friedegghead who does movie soundtracks will play nice background music later in the evening for you to chat with your friends if you feel like sticking around. - Wed, 5 Mar 2003 6:15pm | ||
