Here's what Exclaim says about them: "Combining the jittering, ass wiggling retro grooves of the (International) Noise Conspiracy and the mathematical post-punk of At The Drive In, Despistado is one of the freshest and liveliest sounding bands to come out of this, or any other, country in some time." December 2003 The Statistics are from Omaha, Nebraska. Here's what they have to say about themselves: "Denver Dalley hails from the bountiful DIY scene of Omaha, NE. You may not know his name, but you most certainly know his band, Desaparecidos, whose 2002 debut on Saddle Creek, Read Music/Speak Spanish was lauded by the kids and critics alike.
