| King Bong User Info... | I would love to play with One Drop anytime, I featured tracks from their new CD on my CBC radio show and have been listening to the disc pretty much non stop since..It is really good work...as far as hooking up a show,like I said anytime..but I fear we are two busy and popular bands and matching our schedules will be tough, I think an all ager would be cool..I'll work on it Fred my man! The Party!! COOL...smoked Salmon and champers! Doin the Bong show for the Warner Music party people..interesting crowd to say the least....we jammed out Brown Eyed Girl with the original owner of Harpos! Dude could sing too! But the highlight for me was playing with Rick May! Our regular Bass Monster, Adam, was off in Whistler, so good old Rick stepped into the breech! He came out to jam the night before the party , learned 10 of our songs, in two hours, and played fucking awesome licks all night! It is no wonder talents like Rickie Lee Jones, MJ and Devo all think he is the best.. Because he is! Hey if you like One Drop you have to check out the band we are playing with this Friday Night at Steamers...Free Flow is really amazing. We played the Fairview Pub in Van with them a couple of weeks ago and dudes THEY BLEW ME AWAY!! Their CD is pure art and even if you guy come out to see them and leave after it will be worth it! Y'all know my ego,it is a rare act that makes feel like I got to work really hard to be on the same bill..these guys do just that..the CD is called Barfly Sessions and you should check it out!
