Gallows End User Info... | Kickback, Blind State, Gallows End @ The Social Lounge in Duncan (All Ages) $5 7:00 pm TONIGHT!!! SUNDAY!!! If yer in the area this is a must see. Check it out! Kickback are a good ol' hard rock band from Duncan BC. Influenced by the riffs of Sabbath, Soundgarden, AiC, and many more, Kickback's sound is one that's all its own in a world now dominated by pop divas. Heavy guitars, crushing bass, mad drums, and thoughtful vocals are what Kickback is all about. Blind State brings their own brand of noise to the table! Gallows End Take Carcass and In Flames and feed them booze and copious amounts of abused substances. Crank up some old Accused and P.I. and let them fight it out in a steel cage match. Take what remains, expose it to radiation and your moms nagging and you will find Gallows End. Metal with European style and a good old Canadian "it's in yo face kiddies" attitude! Reigning from Victoria, BC. See them live! - Sun, 24 Nov 2002 3:51pm

bigballz | First band Blind State were like the Rage Against the Machine hip hop stuff. The singer had some cool moves. A good opener. Kick Back were an onslaught of Metallica - esq slow heavy (some ballad) music that the crowd got into. Gallows End from Victoria whipped the room into the first mosh frenzy of the night. Band was very active on stage but the set was short (like 1/2hour) We wanted more. The crowd wasnt as big as usual but was a great show! I would see these bands again for sure. - Mon, 25 Nov 2002 12:34pm
