This was a pretty good show. Almost Jackson/Billy the Kid and the Lost Boys/The Habitat/Lythic Blue and Happy Kreter between bans... it rocked! Good to see Lythic back from tour and still kicking ass. Look to see more from these guys in the future! - Sat, 25 Oct 2003 12:36pm

Only the second all-ager i've been to, I thought Lythic was intense, and also thought The Habitat was wicked, especially on stage. Packed show though, impressive turnout! I'm definently at their next show, either Lythic or The Habitat. - Tue, 28 Oct 2003 4:51pm

They're alright, but a bit too poppy for my liking.
The music was good, but the crowd was full of kids my age --which I shouldn't complain about, but the majority of them couldn't mosh if their lives depended on it. Fortunately I think a lot of them were "Habitat groupies" & left for Lythic Blue... - Tue, 28 Oct 2003 8:29pm

The show was pretty good. Liked Kreter or that guy singing between sets. Almost Jackson was good, full of energy, and sounding better thatn ever.

Wasn't too impressed by Billy the Kid, but then again, I didn't really want to see them.

Habitat wasn't too good at the begining of their set, but by the end I was impressed. They lacked the stage prescence of Social Few.

Lythic Blue disappointed me. Too much random and pointless screaming when before they had the impressive lyrics, now just drowned like a cat with the screaming. - Thu, 30 Oct 2003 6:43am

I thought this show was in all pretty successful.

I arrived halfway into Almost Jackson's set. I thought these guys were pretty tight, except it's still to emo, and the crowd just didn't respond to that style. Other than that, they had mediocre stage presence.

Billy The Kid or whatever I thought were one of the best that night, played pretty well, balance was good. But, all their songs sound the same.

I thought The Habitat played really well. I've only heard of this band through a few friends, and I decided to check them out. I thought at the beginning it was a tad rough, but near the end, when they really brought out some of their good songs, it was awsome. Really like their music, and bought their cd, impressive, good shit.

Lythic Blue was pretty good also. A little hardcore, but different, thus respectable. However, i thought their songs all sounded a little too similar, that grinding drive beat they always do. Bought their cd though, and was pretty impressed. They have cool merch too. - Thu, 30 Oct 2003 4:11pm

I though the show was pretty successful. Big turnout.

I got there half way through Almost Jackson's set, pretty decent sound, but i have a feeling they need a little more opening before they're ready to headline a show.

As for Bill and the Kid or whatever, i didn't care for them that much. It's not that their sound was bad, it's just that it wasn't music you can really get into.

I thought The Habitat played the best show of the night. They started off a little out of balance, but by the end, once they were playing their better songs, i really likes the sound. I had only heard of this band through my buds, and i went down to this show to check em out, and i was really impressed. Hella good stage pr. Bought their cd too, really good shit.

Lythic Blue was pretty good aswell. Although i didn't like the type of music they play (a bit hardcore, driving beats), i thought it was pretty unique, thus respectable. A good band aswell. - Thu, 30 Oct 2003 4:20pm

Hi all, what a wicked turn out. I thought almost jackson sounded a little too much like moneen (which are awesome), but lacked the stage presence and amazing experience which they deliver (props to moneen, aw yeah). I knew most of the guys from the habitat from last year at mount doug, and they beat my expectations of what I expected from students of that school (besides lythic). Lythic was amazingly tight, I'm in awe of the guitars, props to the haircut martin. I might try that some time..... with my genitals!! - Thu, 6 Nov 2003 10:49pm
