prole User Info... | cheers go out to everyone who showed up,to colin and the rest for putting it on and to those wild flower throwers. if you missed us we are playing on the 15th of november. - Thu, 9 Oct 2003 10:00am
DK User Info... | That was a really fun show, People's War were excellent and the sound was a hell of a lot better than the Little Fernwood show. To fully enjoy the Proles I think you have to know the band, or at least appreciate the Kenny bashing, which I do. Small Horse was a pleasant surprise, tight indie rock band. It seemed like Sharp as Allie were the band with the least friends as unfortunately few people stayed for what was a pretty solid set. So Proles playing on the 15th eh? Opening for Hot Hot Heat? Now that would be fucking hilarious. - Thu, 9 Oct 2003 2:23pm
HARi Prole User Info... | Shit us opening for Hot hot heat? I think a Crusties cover would be in order for such a opperation. Yeah the show was superb. Peoples War were grand. Proles were funny. Because the Proles are funny in haw haw sort of way. Last bands were good. Colin Looked like he was having a blast. Also the set up was too complex for our likings. 14" kick drums? I am now woundering how many people are going as Kenny for Helloween? - Thu, 9 Oct 2003 6:55pm
x Buddy x User Info... | what you gonna play at a hot hot junkies show ?? - Fri, 10 Oct 2003 2:05am

Zippgunn User Info... | I had a great time despite being as hung over as a dog from Darryl Clarke's stag the night before. Nice crowd, nice room, good PA, what more could you want? Oh yeah, LOTS OF MONEY. Oh well 3 out of 4 ain't bad. - Fri, 10 Oct 2003 5:39pm
Colin Sick User Info... | Yeah I had a fun time at that show, but I have never been to an all ages show where the women out numbered the men, it was awesome. Peoples war were a great band, really enjoyed hearing the clavinet and the eight string bass. The Proles were awesome, there a little cocky though for a band with 5 1 minute songs. to many comments like "i need to tune my guitar" and "wheres the other mic for back up vocals" heheheheh. Well I am not going to review my own band, SMALLHORSE, we were thankful that all our friends showed up and filled the room, but it was to bad they left for sharpe as allie, these guys have really come together as a strong band and should be playing shows more often. Pat's bass playing was quite inspiring. Just to let you know AK-47, IMACUALTE MACHINE , SMALLHORSE, THE PROLES AND 2 OTHER BANDS WILL BE PLAYING THE GARRY OAK ROOM ON NOVEMBER 15TH - Fri, 17 Oct 2003 7:55am
