| Chris Bertrand User Info... | I would like to thank all the fans that came out on friday at the lodge for a good ass kicking. I would like to thank Change Methodical, from Edmonton, who blew away the crowd with their well crafted music and stage presence. Just an incredible performance! Thanks to Kickback for serving out some good fuckin WHIPLASH, an icredible band with awesome music, and with the new line up it was just amazing. Thanks to Unlabeled, as always for bringing the chicks out to the shows. | The Paul of Les User Info... | HOLY SHIT WAS THAT A WICKED SHOW!!! All the bands were pretty good but the stand outs were Change Methodical and Kickback. Change Methodical's energy propelled the crowd into a frenzy. They had great stage presence and pretty good songs to boot. Kickback's massive sound just rocked the fuck outta everyone. Awesome songs(best i've heard in a long time), good stage presence, and a rippin guitarist. Both these bands are gonna make some serious noise with their music. Pendemic played a good set for them but seemed really stiff and lost for stage antics. Unlabeled.... well what can i say.. i dont think i've ever seen so many 13-15year old girls on stage wth a bunch of 20 year old guys... oh wait i have.. at a Blink-182 show and i bet they want their gimmick back too!. For their songs i'll give them a 5 outta 10, and for having their heads in their asses i'll give them an 11. - Mon, 22 Sep 2003 11:12am | ||
| Kickback User Info... | The show was a blast to play! it felt good playing as a four piece finally. I didnt think we played all that great, hell we only jammed 3 times before the show as a 3 piece, but regardless we still played fairly well. Change Methodical KICKED ASS!! I love playing shows with those dudes. Pendemic rocked the hall Pendemic style with some cool riffs and a hockey mask. And Unlabeled brought the chicks to a show that would have undoubtably been full of sausage. So they were kinda young chicks... but it's better than hairy lumberjacks. Props to the sounddude for taking my shit lol. The hall is a blast and we'll be back to rock it again soon. - Fri, 26 Sep 2003 12:19am | ||
