| _Griphin_ User Info... | Man I haven't had that much fun in awhile. It was a small crowd, but it was a better pit then Friday's gig (ouch! :). Hoosegow rocked, what a cool band, but they need a second guitarist IMO. Then SIPYEKNOM took the stage, man those guys are AWESOME! I even got 2 encores out of them, then well shit happened, and the rest is in da can! Good to see the regulars out there, and all the new people. | Matt D. User Info... | Yeah, pretty weak crowd. Better pit than Fridays??? OUCH INDEED. The Sip boys whipped out an almost entirely new set for those smart enough to attend... I REALLY like their sound, very original. Well worth missing the bus home and having to walk back (atleast I had Curtis to talk with about 3/7 of the walk home to Gordon Head, although it was nothing like the last time, with Dustin, which I won't get into). Blegh. I should've been more drunk off the pitcher and the pint, but then, I'm not. Who exactly are you Griphin? I was the pinner dude with the Clash shirt, the glasses, shorts, and boots who was getting all into Sip's oh so delectable sound. Well, I'm off to mon lit, where I will be unconcious for a time. | _Griphin_ User Info... | Well let's see, how to best describe me... On Friday at the "Death to Rocktoria" gig I was the person going full out in front of the stage when Gashly Crumb came out. On Sunday I was to the left of the stage (my left, the bands right) in front of the bassist-dude once again givin' it my all, albeit in a lot of pain (3 beers solved that problem). Usually I'll be wearing a jean jacket with a buncha pins on the front and the Canadian flag on the back, but cause it was really hot Friday I just wore my black thin jacket with a Ramones shirt. Heh... same here Matt. Yeah there was hardly anyone moshing/pogo'ing out on Friday night, I tried to get the crowd going but there were few takers. - Tue, 10 Jun 2003 6:31pm | ||
