| jay brown User Info... | Wow, the turn out definitely wasn't what I expected but it's Victoria, it never seems to be. I cannot say enough about Death By Stereo. If you get a chance to buy a c.d. go and get one. If you ever get a chance to see them live do not miss it. Without a doubt they are in the top ten for live bands I have ever seen, and I've seen tons. They played tonight like there was twenty thousand people in front of them. I dont even know what to say other than, they are one of the best live bands I've ever seen, and on album they still manage to kick some serious ass. | Adrenaline Animal | It was a great show, Death by Stereo were some of the nicest guys I've met in a long time, Turn out wasn't what it should have been, Come on Victoria nice guys like Malcom @ SOS productions bring over these great shows, and then you don't come out, but it never fails with in a week or two you'll be on this board bitching how we never get any good bands coming to victoria. | Lurker User Info... | Awesome show. Moneyshot was great. Didn't really care for Downway though. Death By Stereo were fuckin' wicked. Saw them at last year's Warped Tour but this was much better in a small venue. A bigger turnout would have been nice but it definitely didn't take away from the performance the band put on. | Anonymous | For the record, Death by Stereo did not have their own sound guy. Sound was by Mr Dan Wise and that is why it was good. And all the bands actually know how to play which helps make it sound good. So yah, sound at Logans is good if the bands don't suck... - Fri, 16 May 2003 8:19pm | ||
| Ty Stranglehold User Info... | Yeah I noticed that Dan was doing sound, which led me to believe that something was added for him to work with. If turning down is all it takes then HOT DAMN! I should mention that I think that Dan does a great job with what he works with! I found myself singing Death By Stereo songs in my head all damn day! | Anonymous | I think dan has become alot better at either his sound or helping the bands out in adjusting their volumes or both. I had seen a few shows there before christmas and it was always pretty mediocre at best but since then all the shows I have seen at logans have sounded VERY good.
