Livevic Scott User Info... | Did anyone else enjoy this set as much as I did. I got there late (just as the Giants were starting). It was my second time seeing them and they did not disapoint. For anyone who didn't see them the best way to discribe them I think is imagine in your minds eye... the Bare Naked ladies, minus the suck and with an added bit of edge. None the less I very much enjoyed the show, and i'm glad that this years show had a way better crowd then last years show! I love the N-A-N-A-I-M-O song =-) - Sat, 8 Mar 2003 4:23am

Matt D. User Info... | Oh Gawd yes I enjoyed the set... in fact, I couldn't stop dancing... caught most of David P. Smith's set after helping out Josh of Tough as Nails at the Tea House for an all-ager. Nothing like drinking to accordian music, I dug his sound. When SBG came on, I was well on my way to a nice level of inebriation. I'd never heard them before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, they fuckin' kicked ass. I'd say their music is generally more accessable than NoMeansNo, yet certain elements kept me on my toes, wondering where they were going to go next. They're all incredible musicians. Scott Henderson played the sax and trombone as well as the guitar. It's awesome that they had the time to tour, and this was their first show after a long pause. It can only get better from there, which blows me away. I wish them all the best on the rest of the tour. Thanx for gracing us with your insane musical skills SBG!!! - Sat, 8 Mar 2003 6:05pm
Zippgunn User Info... | Thanks guys, we had a whale of a good time. SBG only get to tour about once every 18 months or so and this was the first show we had played in that amount of time. We are all so incredibly busy with other things that when we do get a chance to play together it's a real treat. We thought we had a pretty good show for a kickoff gig and now are off to do 11 one nighters in a row. The Nanaimo gig was screwed up so the last gig of the tour will be there (at the Queens) on the 27th. We should be pretty hot by then, so come see us. - Mon, 10 Mar 2003 12:17am
lily_liquor User Info... | I had an awesome time...You guys are the best, most versatile group of musicians in town, as if everyone doesn't already know that. Plus, I have always had a huge crush on Tom. Who is the anonymous poster who was Ooking (?) up skirts? You better not be there on Tuesday...It's my birthday dammit!! Oh yeah Tuesday at Thurday's, pants optional. Cheap booze, good music, cheap boys, good times...I know this should be on the Shameless page, so save it, tough guy. - Mon, 10 Mar 2003 1:44am
