| evilkleg User Info... | Great show! Horde was crushing as usual (wicked drumming, Aaron). Couldn't hear Dave as well as I would have liked but I was on the other side. Red Earth was good too although I had trouble hearing the guitars at some points and the kick drum sounded like a typewriter. | Mutilashawn User Info... | Only heard the last bit of S.I.C.K. as I showed up late. Red Earth slayed it for me! Mid career Carcass meets Bolthrower meets Rigor Mortis meets old Obituary. Fucking great old school death metal. The vocal effects were awesome! Good to see Simon shredding it up. Horde did what they do .. I was a little distracted during their set, but I was stoked for songs like "Empire" and the one about a father and son meeting on the battlefield. The drumming was really the main focus for me .. killer! Evo is an awesome venue for metal! My first time there, but good fucking christ I could not imagine hanging out there out of my own volition.
