| T. Depression User Info... | Billy Hopeless as Lux Interioir sounds like a terrible idea...his usual Stiv Bators/Darby Crash schtick is hard enough to swallow. I HATE the sound of a Cramps tribute...but I will say this... The Black Flab / Ramores show on the weekend was a good time. I usually cringe at tribute acts that play it straight, but The Ramores had their shit down! They had The Ramones nailed...and I was impressed by how well they pulled it off. Would I pay to see 'em again? Hell no...sitting at home with my Ramones records and a six pack is cheaper, and it sounds better. Black Flab were genious. It's a tribute...it's supposed to be fun...Black Flab are fun. Plus, I'd rather see a band that takes another bands songs and reworks them with a theme, than one that's just aping another band, any day.
