CM User Info... | About two months after tix went on sale, I popped on to selectyourtickets.com and got 2 in the front row. I have no idea how this could've happened, so I figured it was destiny. My girl and I are going tonight, and I have to say I'm strangely pumped. I checked out the website of his opener who will be doing the female vocals with him. Holy shit! It might be a little creepy watching a 60-year old man snogging with a sex bomb barely out of her teens, but what the hell...should be fun. Shit - I haven't posted much on LiveVic, but this one probably exploded whatever credibility I had... - Wed, 28 Feb 2007 4:21pm
The Wolf User Info... | It was a lot better than I could have expected... The sound was great at a comfortable level. The band was really into it... I thought it was a great show... The cover of the Stones was awesome "Gimme Shelter" to close the show...And the "Eye Candy" wasn't bad either... Rock and Roll Dreams come true.... His vocals were spot on and had the crowd in the palm of his hand...A master entertainer... - Wed, 28 Feb 2007 11:54pm Edited: Wed, 28 Feb 2007 11:54pm

TheWolf User Info... | No unless thats what you call Adrian Chamberlain now... but he did show a couple of shots from fight club... He gave the concert 2.5 stars out of 5... ? WTFhttp://www.canada.com/victoriatimescolonist/news/story.html?id=2d577eeb-8a10-4ea1-a142-319f71c862eb&k=32223 And the "Guff" bit he was talking about in the review. a few minutes later MeatLoaf came over pointed and winked as in he was just kidding... Adrian Chamberlain should stick to poetry readings and mime shows. He has no business at a rock show even one catering to the Geritol set - Thu, 1 Mar 2007 7:43pm
Tara User Info... | Oh my god he was awesome. I had 2nd row tics. I was so close I could taste his sweat (oddly sweet if your wondering). He was right on the money. Played all the songs I wanted to hear and a few I forgot I wanted to hear. He had some banter with the crowd, always good (stupid Adrian Chamberlain). And lets not forget, the most important thing I think, he had wicked hot band mates. Scantily clad whory back up singers for the dudes, I mean whory in the good way of course. And for the ladies there was a guitar player with arms that left me drooling even two days later. It was so good. Rock oprea at its finest (sorry Nikky, you'll get there). There was even a stage jumper. He got up for like four seconds then was tackled/grabed by the bass player, who looked a lot like Nigel from Family Guy (teeth and everything). When I was in grade seven the boy I liked talked about MeatLoaf. So I said that I liked him to. He gave me a tape (remember those?) for my birthday. Shortly after I fell in love with the Meat and out of love with what's his face. I made the right choice - Sat, 3 Mar 2007 9:23pm
CM User Info... | Yeah, totally great show. We were close as well. The guy is an original, for sure. I think I spent more time watching the band than Meat, though. The bass player arm-locking the kid who jumped on stage was a highlight - he dragged him off-stage, and I don't even think he missed a note on the bass. What would compel some hesher kid to jump the stage at a Meatloaf show? Anyway, it was hilarious. But a totally top-notch band, and a great night all 'round. - Sat, 10 Mar 2007 8:25am
_Griphin_ User Info... | Everytime I think of Meatloaf he always reminds me of Bitch Tits and Fight Club. Even scarier, when I first saw that film I didn't realize it was Meat Loaf. - Sat, 10 Mar 2007 4:49pm
