| aaron User Info... | i enjoyed 4 bands at this show, but i still had a good time. finally got to see blind eye live, they were pretty good, sucked that they only played like 3 songs, but oh well, cant wait to see them again makeshift alibi blew me away, last time i saw them was a few months back when i played a show with them at the jungle room and they have definatley taken it up a notch, great songs, stage presence, keep up the great work boys. the vendors were mind blowing, i cant beleive how many times i've seen them play, and every time there's something new and awesome, these guys are going places theset.. i'll tell you when my breath comes back love aaron! - Mon, 26 Jun 2006 12:43am Edited: Mon, 26 Jun 2006 12:44am | ||
| liam User Info... | Did you catch the perfect trend, aaryn? We got 2nd place, not bad for the only out-of-town band (nanaimo). I still can't believe the crowd for us, thank you all. And props to our good friends makeshift alibi, they really improved since we last played with them at the big ferwood (our first vic show). You guys totally deserved first place!! | Matteus User Info... | i have some bad news and some good news. the bad news is that the audio interface I was recording the audio with totally botched and I dont know if I can recover it. I did get video footage, but its pretty stale as I had to do my job. | Stefan User Info... | What an awesome show! We (Makeshift Alibi) had an awesome time playing! All the bands were awesome, it was my first time seeing Black Light District, and they totally rocked! Super stoked i finally saw them, been looking forward to it for a long time! Much congrats to The Perfect Trend, Super stoked they came in 2nd, they totally deserved it, their super cool guys and rocked out So hard and played an amazing set! WIE were awesome too, ive seen TAWG many times and their awesome, totally dig the singer for both bands! Their whole band rocked! November Rising were awesome as well, always very entertaining! Sorry i missed Hollydene, ive been meaning to catch them for awhile now! The Vendors were awesome, always a cool band to see, very happy to see their doing so well! The crowd seemed to really dig their set! And Theset, great to see them again! They rocked as always, their stage presence seemed better then normal, and their normally very good! Especially Dean, shit that guy was rocking like a mofo! Very awesome set, hope to play with them again soon! And Definetaly a huge thanks to Matteus and Supernova for putting this on, its much appreciated! Also a HUGE thanks to all our fans, friends and family who helped us come in first in the competition!
