You Enjoy Myself User Info... | I unfortunately missed Vincat, who I was really looking forward to seeing again. Damn. In Media Res - I had never heard these guys before, but I had heard several people rave about how good they are. It's true. They put on a great show, it's too bad that the bass player was having technical difficulties, but the guitar player's sit-up session more than made up for that. The vox were way too quiet for the first little bit of the set before the soundguy turned them up. Great band, but I'd like to see them cut down on the amount of time between songs, make it a little tighter. Maurice - These guys have yet to disappoint me. They're just a really solid group, with intelligent songs and great harmonies. When they covered "Shine A Light" by The Constantines, I think I peed in my pants a bit. Just a bit though. - Sun, 18 Jun 2006 10:26am | ||
