| Sati User Info... | woah - so many good players in the room! Both solid openers, though it was frustrating not hearing the guitars at times. I think it was the GM leads that didn't come through at all(?), which was a shame since they looked good. And I liked the set but it went long didn't it? Especially with everyone all anxious to check out the visitors and them coming _back_ out after 12:30 to play 2 more! And yep, Gremory were awesome. Its a relief to find out for sure all the hype is warranted, since I wasn't as thrilled by the Behemoth show in Vic where I first saw them. (Sound issues there were probably to blame for some disconnection). Anyway, I was blown away by pretty much each player in turn last night. | Sati User Info... | I wasn't bored, but probably over-anxious since it seemed to be getting late and people tend to leave whether they've been able to catch the headliner or not... rides and work and stuff, you know? I hear about that happening a lot, and it sucks, especially when its an out of town band. Or one they'd specifically come out to see. Or its a good one. Start & end times mean nothing to some people (usually bar folk), but everything to others. I said I liked the band and meant it.
