hesher User Info... | Well anyways this show kicked me in the ballz. Leper knocked my fuckin socks off. Im stoked that they moved out here fuck YA!!!!! Thanks to Ungoliant for making the hellish journey over here. FUCKING A!!!!! - Mon, 19 Dec 2005 11:11am
Mordock.the.Benzite User Info... | Low Life fucking almost literally shook the shit right out of my bowels. 1st song they ever played live and they knocked out the power! Leper were pretty rad...reminded me of Aus Rotten with a couple of ska parts thrown in. Cobra straight up rocked..though weren't nearly a loud as I was expecting. Thanks once again to the mighty Heshdawg for inviting us over and to our Van friends for letting us crash at their various places. - Mon, 19 Dec 2005 5:15pm
Sati User Info... | Yeah, thanks for coming out, had a great time! Only caught the last couple Lowlife songs cuz ONLY LOSERS MISS OPENING BANDS, and I couldn't see & couldn't quite remember who was all in it! but it sounded BIG. Heard people going off about how cool the first song was. i lose :( I liked what Leper had going on - good players and heavy topics but they made sure everyone had a good time - lots of chatting. They all just seem like very cool people and it just makes sense to want to get behind that band. cool. So totally into Cobra! Whats with all those guys swapping instruments in every different band, I can't keep track! What a wicked set that was, so much going on - I love that all these players are getting better and better. Can't wait to see them again, YES!! And they're LOCAL, YES YES! Ungoliant was around the time that I maybe hissed(?) at someone cuz he kept trying to talk with me during the set. That was a very cool guy who I'd met outside, and if anyone knows Joshua please tell him I'm sorry as he was gone by the time I turned around. I'm always into talking with people before or after damnit! And someone tell Amanda to stop following me around too, its creeping me out dude. :) The other drunk "stranger" was cracking me up (someone give that man a tranquilizer dart! what went on there??) and the regular drunks were too. That was such a fun night. I guess people left before the end cuz it was going pretty late for an all ages show? Ungoliant were AWESOME and I could listen to those voices all day like its a soundtrack to my.. well no, but oh man, its great to have a band like that around to see live! The emo-ey (haha), slowed down parts weren't really my thing, but the rest was so powerful, can't wait to have 'em back! Kinda wish this show could happen again through the holidays. :( And I sorta wished that Meat of Mankind could have played that night too so visitors & those who missed could have shared what happened when they played wednesday at the Brickyard. It was bittersweet & maybe a bit restrained cuz of being blown away by the recent/surprise loss of members, but they came through in a way that made everyone proud. It was like a test they passed with flying colors! Thanks Hesher and all your crew (Vic included). I could get soppy here, cuz the way you guys play and do shows.. you know. it'd be nice if everyone treated each other as well. - Tue, 20 Dec 2005 1:07pm Edited: Tue, 20 Dec 2005 11:38pm
