cooper User Info... | Great lineup, each band complimented each other very nicely, overall decent sound care of Mike the soundguy, fairly enthusiastic crowd. Italian Edition: only their 4th show, yet already I sense a buzz about them, and for good reason. Solid set, I'm excited to hear these guys a few months down the road with more material, possibly a recording under their belt, and overall a tighter sound. But they did not disappoint, let me make that clear. The two guitarists really compliment each other, Jack's vocals & presence are always enjoyable, and Jay's skillz on the kit do not go unnoticed. Good luck guys. Counting Heartbeats: first time seeing 'em, enjoyed them immensely. It was weird seeing Jason playing guitar. I feel I should have more to say, but they were great, end of story. I bought a t-shirt. In Medias Res: sweet sassy molassy I love this band...especially live. the crowd was into it right away, entranced by the band's massive rendition of Annadonia. interesting choice of opener, as it was their closer last time I saw 'em. About half the set was new material, hopefully we'll hear some new recordings soon. One of the most captivating live bands...please check them out tomorrow (Fri.Nov.25 @ Glad Tidings Church, again with Counting Heartbeats & others) and/or in Nanaimo (Sat.Nov.26, with Kincaide & others) - Fri, 25 Nov 2005 2:23am
videomaker User Info... | Sorry I didn't get to see Italian Edition. I am hearing great things about them and people I talked to at the show said he Edition were great. Next time for sure I will see/hear these guys, Counting heart beats were in fine form. Hadn't heard them for about 9 months. What I first noticed was the drummer (Tim) has improved incredibly. Solid as a rock and Mike the sound guy definitely miked the drums to perfection through the front end. Jason's venturing out with playing guitar was a nice touch too. That Fender Rhodes sound/vintage really added to the vibe. Josh has the greatest energy of any musican in this town bar none!! YA YA!! Dan laying down the base is again as solid as ever. He make it look effortless. Aidan's playing was great for me to see /hear. Glad to see your having fun again. - Fri, 25 Nov 2005 6:33pm

Dave Edition User Info... | The best part about playing two shows with Counting Heartbeats and In Medias Res is that I got to see Counting Heartbeats and In Medias Res twice in a row. For free. Ash ate my cookie dough. I'll never look at cookie dough the same way again. - Sat, 26 Nov 2005 9:02pm
