Holy packed to the rafters, or what?!
Most definately a pretty cool night when every single one of the bands has a significant portion of the crowd going off about them. I'll refrain from gushing, but I got what I came for. YAY!
I missed Onslaught cuz ONLY LOSERS MISS OPENING BANDS, but wow, by the chanting in defence of their name that went on after that girl got up, they must have pulled off something worthwhile. - Sun, 2 Oct 2005 10:47am

what a bunch of crap Goatsblood are. Other than the drummer a bunch of fucking monkeys could do what they do. The talent level in that band is below zero, how all these crusties applaud their 'talent level' all the time is beyond me, they dont even play their instruments, whats so great about that? Im not tryin to be ignorant on the band or be an a-hole in general, but really now... there isnt a whole lot of musical ability needed to play that kind of noise. Now if their fans were always saying to me " oh they dont really play they just make noise and noise and noise but that why we like them, because we like senseless noise" Id be able to say.. "yes ok, I get that" but no, all these friends of mine go on about how talented they are,Im expecting someone to play an instrument at least.

Drummer was ok though.. a bit chaotic but at least his role takes some ability.

Goathorn, cheese yes, but at least they play 'chords' in 'time' with their drummer ( two integral parts of making any kind of music really.. ) - Sun, 2 Oct 2005 11:13am

yah I only played guitar for 10 years and took classical lessons for 6, so yah I suck. I cant read music either. But I know boring out of time noise when I see it, because its what me and my friends used to do to annoy the neighbours when we first went electric and got amps.

btw.. STREETS rule as always. - Sun, 2 Oct 2005 11:26am

I bet you are one of those guys who has played for 10 years but cant jam with other people or get thru a whole song from front to back. What band are you in? While you are at home jerking off to guitar world magazine goatsblood has been recording touring and putting out albums for probably close to ten years. So go listen to some Yngwie and practice your scales douchebag. cheers - Sun, 2 Oct 2005 12:07pm

I took classical violin for 7, so I win and what I say goes. I've got nothing to say though.. loads of people don't like 'em and loads of people do.
