Brandon User Info... | Sound was done by the One Shot Left fellas, and it sounded rad for BF. Too bad those "wiggers" spoiled your chance to see The Vendors. Havent heard them since having them play the ol' cafe i worked at. Good stuff. If the homies were looking for trouble I guess it wasnt my trouble they wanted. I was right in the midst of em, not a punch was thrown. Gotta talk to drunks in their mind set Hahhah. Good thing they didnt try to get rough, that wouldnt have been good for the venue, - Mon, 26 Sep 2005 7:46pm
.StvEM. User Info... | Oh man the cafe.. early days..acoustic i guess this is the first time you've herd us play loud. i always walk by that old cafe it was better when you worked there. - Tue, 27 Sep 2005 2:46pm
Brandon User Info... | No doubt that place was fucking cool man, especially the dope basement, partied till 7 am in there many a night hahahahhaha. We actually used it as a jam spot for a month and a few weeks. It was perfect being across from my old thursday night romp spot, legends. When it had 1.75 highballs that is. Yeah it was the first time hearing you guys loud, definitly will check it out again! - Tue, 27 Sep 2005 4:45pm
gibson_freak User Info... | hey brandon.. do u know anyone else in victoria who can replicate sound like they did that night?.. it was really well done - Tue, 27 Sep 2005 8:16pm
Brandon User Info... | hmmm I dont go to many all-ages shows so i dont really know. Bosevus, and Dan Short, are the ones I can remember dealing with(because I dont deal with booking anything whatsoever). Nev is in our band so he does sound for us pretty good, with the horns and all, though I would tweak a few things here and there that he wouldnt. I like to crank the high and low ends as much as i can till it sounds jsut so, then boost the mids up to fill the sound. The One Shot Left guys have been doing the sound for those three bands for a week straight before that show so they were comfortable with their gear and sounds. Their gear is top notch too because all those bands are on Meter Records, so they have a bit of a budget. I'm thinking they had some compression and some other shit on their gear but who knows. - Wed, 28 Sep 2005 7:07pm
