Show was Rad:

AWT: Way better than Herpes. I hadn't heard there Special K track before, and Roy was belting it proper..

Gutter Deamons: Frig'n Bitchin' Psycobilly. Never scene anyone ride a Bass like that... kinda like an overwieght lover with taped on.... italian S thingers.

Vibrators: Rad indeed, though the Guitar player smelled very homeless. Jay used me as a Pit shield too.... despite there not being one. Still... I feel cheap and dirty. - Mon, 16 May 2005 1:33am

Yeah, what's with Lucky bar never having any mosh pit action... stupid bar. I figured it's cuz everyone's pissed off about beer being $4.50 a bottle.

Anyway, it was a good show. Drank a 40 of bull max before I came so I was good for a while but then started to sober before the end. Oh well. - Mon, 16 May 2005 10:07am

When I got to Lucky I pretty well just got of a 12 hour shift where I had just run around like a maniac the entire time. I caught the tail end of AWT then left while the Gutter Demons were setting up. I couldn't keep my eyes open. I feel like a turd for missing this historical moment. I had a really good sleep though.

I like Lucky. - Mon, 16 May 2005 10:11am

What a rad night, AWT fucking rocked, opened with Bullet, my favorite Misfits song. I love the new stuff, and WHY don't I have a cd yet?!? Still haven't heard Blem de la Blanc live yet. Consider it a request!! The Gutter Demons, holy crap, what can I say. Holy CRAP!! I've never been too much into rockabilly cuz country kinda makes me wanna rip of my arm and beat myself with it, but my GOD they fucking rocked. I want more. By the time the vibrators came on I was completely drunk and half way through their set my roommate was considering passing out in the truck so we bailed. Wicked show, wicked night. - Mon, 16 May 2005 11:44am

o.k. now that was a damn fun show to play..... The Gutter Demons....wow. The Vibrators, it was weird getting to sing along to the songs I used to listen to when I was like thirteen..... I do believe we played o.k., we had fun up there anyways thats all I really give a shit about anymore. Cant say enough about the Gutter Demons, they fucking blew me away.... could of done without the continued drinking at Evolution after the show though, my head hurts today. - Mon, 16 May 2005 1:09pm

Fucking surreal! But to be honest its a rather biased review seems as The vibrators are like Maddonna to me. I hope I can still rock out when I hit that rip old age. and perfect closer! - Mon, 16 May 2005 10:58pm

Very good show. AWT always seems to be a little tighter when they open shows (maybe because they're not drunk yet?). Gutter Demons were wicked psychobilly and souded great. The Vibrators are one of the better old British bands that I've seen. Nice to see they can still pull off a good live show. - Wed, 18 May 2005 1:19am
