Anonymous I liked Hint Hint, I sortof liked Pretty Girls make Graves, I really liked Les Savvy Fav. And that's about all. - Sat, 4 Jan 2003 5:01am
Pretty Savvy Fav Make Hint Hint Les Savvy Fav weren't as good as they were made out to be, but they were still ok in my opinion.
I thought Pretty Girls Make Graves were really good, and Hint Hint weren't bad...not my thing. - Sat, 4 Jan 2003 4:03pm
I thought all the bands were really good. les savy fav put on such an entertaining show, they had lots of energy and played some of their older songs. They played a couple of new songs wihch I liked alot. All in all i have to say that les savy fav are worth checking out. - Sat, 4 Jan 2003 11:45pm
Anonymous les sav were very good and unpredictable. What a treat in a town the size of victoria! The whole night was good. haveing bands come from Out of town that are that good is pretty refreshing..I mean even if you are paying attention to what's up in music all over it's wicked to get a live dose of someone else's take on sound.
Yay for Malcom to bring these guys. - Sun, 5 Jan 2003 4:03pm
Anonymous les savy fav were all hype no action.... i have never seen them live, but have loved them on cd... seeing them live ruined the whole experience for me. the stage antics were stupid and very unentertaining. they didn't play too well either.

on the other note, pretty girls make graves were the best i had ever seen them play... tight and spot on.

hint, hint however were just another artsy male fronted too cool for school ensemble... take em, or leave em? i say leave em! - Sun, 5 Jan 2003 8:44pm
Anonymous hint hint rocked - although they could only play for 20 minutes they stole the show - defintely checking them out next time they are in town - check out their website http://www.sexiseverything.com/main.html - Sun, 5 Jan 2003 11:25pm
Thank you Les savy Fav Defanitly the best show I have seen since the last time I saw you guys. I can't belive anyone could put that show down. I think Victoria is to caught up in pretending that they are somthing they are not, aka. California. They are to picky for the amount of talent that comes out of here. Mabey they should stop complaining and get out there and do it themselves.Once again Les Savy Fav are fucking genius so except them for what they are. - Mon, 6 Jan 2003 1:50pm
Anonymous except them? sheesh. ACCEPT them. - Mon, 6 Jan 2003 6:14pm

I don't think not enjoying les savy fav has anything to do with what victoria thinks they are or what they are not. people have taste, and some things just don't always fit their musical likes. this is a review section, and as long as the review is critical and true to what the person feels, i don't think anyone has to get upset at one person's opinion. i personally did not enjoy the show, purely based on the simple fact, it didn't get me going... it doesn't mean i am a snob, i thinks les savy fav are a good solid band, but, they just don't appeal to me as much as i thought they would. - Tue, 7 Jan 2003 1:19am
