| JAy | I missed skinflint, I don't usually expect shows to start for an hour after the doors open, but I guess I was too late this time. Heart Carried Heavy were rad though. I didn't know what to expect, but I liked it. I'm usually not into the emo/screamo thing but there are exceptions for every rule. It's a lot easier to hate a band at a show that only 10 people including the bands show up for, so if I liked it under those circumstances, you might want to check them out. - Sat, 4 Jan 2003 1:34am | ||

| JAy | Yeah, but obviouisly you weren't there so who are you to comment. If you don't go, say goodbye to your all ages shows. I really hope whoever put this show on isn't discouraged from putting on more. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. I know Josh brough up striking distance and no-one went. I kick myself everytime I think of that show because they are so rad, but I hadn't heard them at the time so I din't go. I learned my lesson. The lack of attendance at shows is a result of a few things: 1. Apathy, the most pathertic excuse for an excuse ever. 2. Poor promotion, I didn't see one poster, can't rely on this website quite that much. 3. OInly 2 bands that didn't draw, the promoter had a hard time getting bands for this show, I think a couple of them bailed, we were asked but Hal was supposed to be out of town.
