| Sati User Info... | Kylesa decided not to cross the border so that was a bit of a bummer. This fan geek was carting around old Damad paraphenalia. There, I admitted it. Tight Tight Pants were pretty funny, shockingly small (young) and still kinda finding their way, but they went over well and you could tell how excited they were to be opening. Confident too which is so impressive in young bands! I was imagining all the more seasoned musicians in the audience, as early teens playing in their first bands. I absolutely loved Limb from Limb. Definately a new favorite - cannot wait to see them develop/tighten etc since they're pretty new. I'm so stoked! I'm a long time Goatsblood fan. This time what stuck out for me was Jen (I think thats her name)'s screams. I've been a huge fan of hers since Tsavo... great textures, gritty and super high. After all that Iron Lung didn't really grab me, but I only give them 3 songs before I left for another show. Lots of other people I spoke with later were really impressed though. Good to see tables there.. Spartacus had some killer stuff.. and lots of yummy band merch, heh. And sooo great seeing so many I already knew and meeting so many new people - a lot of whom I'd been meeting all week at those 4 Nightmare shows! | Arnold J Rimmer User Info... | Words can't express my disappointment when i arrived to see that Kylesa was a no show.......................You have no idea....................................................................................... Ugh................................................................................................................................................. Big room muddy sound venue, but good show none the less. Was outside drinking when TTP played (trying to ease the pain that no Kylesa was causing me), awesome name though. Limb from Limb are fucking kick ass!!! I would love to see a BurywhatsDead Limb from Limb split, in a big way! Goatsblood, FUCK YEAH! Finally got to see more than a one song set, thanks guys. Sounds more powerful than ever with the new vocalist. Iron Lung were good, but i seem to remember being more impressed the first time i saw them. Good table action, good turnout, good shit. | Mordock.the.Benzite User Info... | yeah...it was a great show...but the air of disappointment over Kylesa not showing up hung over the entire evening. Iron Lung, Goatsblood and Limb from Limb were all awesome (I missed all but 30 secs. of Tight Tight Pants...but from the 30 secs. that I caught I'm not too bummed about it) but I know alot of people who went over for the specified reason of seeing Kylesa and they were kinda bummed out all night even though the show in itself was rad. - Wed, 13 Apr 2005 1:32pm | ||

Anyway, don't you have a new project starting up? Thanks for posting the pictures.. they're not too bad, you can still make out who people are and remember the place. Tipton, our shit is recorded and is only on a hard drive. i don't even have a copy of the songs on c.d. 2nd, blair has never once asked me to send you a copy, in fact he told me to send it to the watchmaker guys as in the format that it's in, unmixed. I will say this, whatever happens to the name goatsblood is still up in the air, but me being one of the primary writers in goatsblood, i will say blair is out and has been replaced with THE most brutalist vocalist the metal scene has ever fuckin heard. loud , proud and still fuckin goin will be the goatsblood machine. Blair didn't even talk to the band to see where anyone stood before he chose to be a gossip queen and let his "cyber buddies" know somethin that hadn't already been discussed with ALL of the band.
