| Sati User Info... | I was invited out to I think whats called new music night at the Roxy. It’s a pretty decent venue with a great big stage and had a lot of people there for a weeknight too. Music started around 7:30 or 8, I think. Twincity were 2 cute blond girls who really sang beautifully. I was pretty impressed – they’re definitely worth seeing again. You could tell that they work hard at it.. good control, nice parts and they were really personable on stage which always helps! I was told they've only been singing together for a short time, so, wow. Skard was a full on rock band who played later… really polished, solid musicians, with a wicked, wicked lead guitarist. Everyone around me was raving about the guy, with good reason. Its reassuring to find out that there are so many types of awesome players in town! I don’t usually see these types of totally radio-friendly bands, and I never get out to places like the Roxy… I can honestly say that I had a pretty great time! - Sat, 26 Mar 2005 7:11pm | ||
