| Helonwheels User Info... | Twas much fun, so many faces to see and 3 awesome bands to rock out to and a great turn out. Holy Langford got way more snow than Victoria! I particularily loved fallin on my ass in the parking lot, ouch. Fun after party at Brenda and Lance's that lasted into the wee hours, thanks guys! | The Wolf User Info... | LiveVictoria is the 6 degrees of separation of the Victoria Music Scene.... Any time you keeps seeing people at the cool shows it's because of here it seems... If a band is not involved here they are missing out big time... I keep getting people coming up to me "Are you The Wolf" from Livevictoria .com... 'splains why I see XY-Satan and Helonwheels all around, we will have to formally meet next time... | XY-SATAN User Info... | Had a rad time at the Blue Pearl ! I've known Norm & Christine from Faces Of Black for a couple of years and this is only my second time seeing them , fuck I've been lame . They put on a great show only problem was from the in house sound, Kirk ( WAV )pointed out to me you could barely hear Norm played unless you were behind the club system coming out of his own stack , still a great set! And can I say Christine was looking HOT that night , dressed to the 9's ! ;) Cradle to grave was fucking awesome , never seen these guys but what a pleasant surprise, tight and heavy, I LOVED THEM ! Get out next time they come to town if you missed this show ! Well worth it! ERD were definitely on their game and the new songs are fucking great , these guys are sure coming along ! Nice to hear some of the older stuff too .Looked like they were having a heap of fun up there , and I hope nothing but the best for these bunch of great guys ! Hey Wolfe ,I'll have to introduce myself next time , I might even talk to you if yea buy me a beer ! j/k I should say I do have an avoidance for people with cameras so maybe it's that or maybe it's my wallflower ,shy disposition ? | ML7Mike User Info... | great show had a blast, didnt have to drive, so even better. Nice venue. Fuckin cold smokin pit, but gotta burn doobies somewhere. Funniest part was the bouncer sending 34 year old Bram home for ID even though he was on the CTG guestlist. Luckily he was close to home :D ERD's three new new songs were pretty killer, gotta wait for another album for em I guess. Jan 2005 issue of BWBK has a demo review of Faces Of Black in it.
